5 STEPS FOR SELF-DISCIPLINE

In our last few individual consultations with players, we came to the conclusion that a very serious problem among people who have talent and would like to become professionals player in the future is the lack of self-discipline.

They take steps towards development, take part in consultations with coaches to train individually in addition to club training, establish contacts with agencies and develop a career development plan, set up accounts on websites that help in the development of football, etc. Next then, instead of developing it step by step they  give up.

All of this is due to a lack of self-discipline.
At the beginning they work, but when it starts to get tough and they have to get more involved, endure hard moments and choose between, for example, a party or other entertainment and training, they will always choose to fun.

Probably we will not be able to create true self-discipline in each of these players, but we will try because it may allow us to win at least one player who will achieve success!

1) KEEP YOUR TARGET BEFORE YOUR EYES!

This is a very simple psychological trick that will keep you disciplined!

Precisely select and write down your target and then put it in a visible place so that you have it in view at all times.

If your goal is to play for e.g. FC Barcelona, write down this goal and get a large poster of this team, then hang it on the wall where it is visible when you wake up and during the day.

This way, when you look at it, you will always be reminded of your goal.
Sometimes when you choose between having fun, laziness or training, a poster will help you make a  good decision.

2) CREATE AN ACTION PLAN

Many people give up their golals because they lack a plan.

They kind of know what they want to do, but they don't know how.
Therefore, once you have your goal, make a plan.

Determine where your current career is, what are your strengths and shortcomings, plan your career path and how you will do it.
If you currently play in a weaker club, plan step by step how you will be promoted to your dream club.

Remember to look for experts who will help you.
Find coaches, agency etc.
This is very important.

3)  REJECT THE DISPERSERS PEOPLE

When you start to act and work on the implementation of your plan, many people, even those who are close to you so far, will deliberately distract you from work.

They will laugh at you and give you reasons that you have no chance, and they will offer you something other than training at all costs.

It will be because they are lazy and they will want you to lose, because when you are successful you will be better than them

If you notice that people are not supporting you, just ignore them.

4) LET YOUR CAREER BE YOUR PRIORITY, NOT ONE OF MANY OPTIONS

This is one of the key points to self-discipline.

If being a professional footballer is not the most important professional goal for you, don't even start!

Being a footballer is not just about training a few times a week and a match.
It is a continuous process where everything must be subordinated to a career.
Diet, training, sports lifestyle, etc.

If soccer is not your first priority, you will never build self-discipline.

5 ) CREATE THE HABIT OF ACTION NOW!

Eliminate postponement of to-do tasks from your habits.

If there is something that needs to be done just do it now instead of waiting!

If you can create the habit of action NOW, I can assure you that many things that seemed unreal can be achieved fairly quickly!

Carefully analyze these 5 steps to self-discipline and then apply them.
I guarantee that it works!
