One of the biggest problems facing young footballers is their lack of patience.
When they start out, they are excited and confident that they will succeed, they work with great enthusiasm every day.
Their training is at a really good level, but as time goes by, the enthusiasm decreases.
There are days when they give up not only training but also the entire sports lifestyle.
There is frustration because the chance they are waiting for is not coming and it should!
The players from week to week are in deteriorating physical and mental form, suddenly they are no longer footballers at the level they were until recently.
And usually that's when the opportunity you've always dreamed of comes into play.
You get an invitation to the test but you fail it because there was no other option in this form!
'It would be different if you persevered and, despite the crisis, worked as hard and systematically as at the beginning!
Set a goal, develop a plan and no matter how hard it is, stick to it all the time day after day and if you have planned everything well, you surround yourself with good advisers and you do your job one hundred percent sooner or later you can be sure!
A good example of the fact that you never know when a chance may come is the footballer playing in the Polish Ekstraklasa, Said Hamulić.
Bosnian with a Dutch passport who at the beginning of his career played in the Netherlands in completely average and amateur youth teams such as
Alphense Boys, DVV Go Ahead Eagles, KVV Quick Boys and absolutely nothing indicated that this player could ever reach a professional level.
When Said ceased to be a jeweler and in the Netherlands he could not go to the professional level, together with his agent, he decided to go to the 2nd league of Lithuania.
It was not a high level, but Hamulić showed there that he can score goals because he scored 16.
After a good season, he joined the Bulgarian Botev Plovdiv, but he failed there because he played very little and returned to Lithuania to the Suduva club from the highest league.
In the current season, Said Hamulić joined the Polish Ekstraklasa to Stal Mielec, a club that everyone condemned to relegation.
It turned out that both Hamulić and Stal Mielec do not think about the inheritance.
Stal is currently in 5th place and the Bosnian striker is not only the best striker in his team but he is definitely one of the best in Poland!
Currently, the media is very loud about Said Hamulic because there is talk of a transfer in winter, not only to the best clubs in Poland, but also about Italian, American and German clubs!
This chance would never have appeared if it were not for the hard work and steadfastness of the player, but also for the fantastic job performed by the agent Roman Skorupa, who represents the player!
Remember that it doesn't matter where you are today!
You have a chance as long as you work, you fight and don't give up!
