You can do it too #JacekKrzynówek19

If you are currently playing at an amateur level and you do not quite believe that you have a chance to break through and because of this you do not train regularly and not always one hundred percent we have another example for you that you do not have to be a golden football kid in a big academy to achieve a lot in football!

Jacek Krzynówek, player of the Polish national team, in which he played 96 matches.
Twice playing the World Cup and once at the European Championships, he won the German championship with the VFL Wolfsburg team, played outstanding matches in the Champions League representing Bayer Leverkusen, scoring goals in these games Real Madrid, Liverpool and AS Roma!

Pretty good achievements for a player who at the age of 18 still played in a totally amateur club in Poland in the 8th league and earned a living as a carpenter.

At one point, however, he decided that his goal was to be a professional footballer.

He started training every day on his own and tried to correct as many weaknesses as possible in his game!
He had no one to know in professional clubs, so when he thought he was ready, he started calling professional teams from his region.

When Krzynówek called the clubs and said in which team and league he was playing, he was refused every time.
However, he did not give up and when he called the RKS Radomsko club once, the authorities agreed to invite him to training only to stop calling and give them peace.

And this was the moment when Krzynówek professional career began for good, then he played in Poland in such clubs as Raków Częstochowa and Gks Bełchatów to then get to Germany in FC Nürnberg.

Jacek already after his career says that nothing gave him as much as these individual trainings.
He worked a lot on such aspects as fitness, strength and technique which he lacked at the beginning.

This story shows how important it is to have an ambitious goal, self-confidence and a lot of self-discipline to work very hard.

That's why no matter where you play today!
It matters where you want to go and how much work you can put into it!

Due to the ongoing break in training due to the prevailing virus today, we present a fitness and technical training that you can do without being on the pitch.

Never give up and work hard.
