5. THEY CAN’T HANDLE FAILURE

The moment something goes wrong — no club reply, no playing time, an injury — many young players give up or lose motivation. But every professional footballer has faced rejection, injury, or doubt. The difference is how they reacted.

6. THEY EXPECT SUCCESS TOO FAST
