You play the same way you train.

Many players write to us with the question: How is it that during training I am the best and when the match comes it is a total flop?

There are many factors, but you can broadly describe it as "You play the same way you train"

Therefore, we have 4 tips for you on what to pay attention to during training.

1) Remember the intensity.

As we've written many times before, one of the biggest differences between high-level pros and playing in less significant leagues is intensity.

Therefore, remember that absolutely every training, both team and individual, or sparring matches should be carried out at the highest possible intensity!

2) Make friends with the pressure!

Perform each exercise under the greatest pressure of time and the opponent, and in each training match or exercise based on competition, try to win and put as much commitment into it as if it were a match with the highest stake!

3) Focus on completing the task.

Most players like training in a relaxed atmosphere with lots of jokes and fun.

This is a big mistake because at the highest level, players are equally focused before training and focusing on efficiency as before the most important matches.

4)   "In my mind I'm always the best "

A very important factor that will allow you to show maximum skills in key moments is self-confidence.

Remember to repeat these words in your mind until they become real to you.

By programming your mind in this way, no opponent will cause doubt and fear in your head.

Remember that for these tips to work, you need to follow them for a long time.
If you are consistent, they will become a habit for you and you will start to notice the effects and your game during the most important matches will be at the highest level!

Our observations show that an example of a player who consistently applies these advice is Sergio Ramos and therefore he is usually able to take the burden on himself in difficult moments for the team and ensure the team victory.
