Usually, when we, as portal employees, talk to players we are potentially interested in to guide and support their careers, absolutely everyone ensures that they are working hard.
However, we approach these assurances with a certain distance because everyone has a different definition of hard work.
Some people think that training with a team two or three times a week is the definition of hard work, while others again add individual training to it once in a while, and that's hard work for them.
However, when we encourage you to record a few workouts to see what it looks like, it's too much effort for most.
Remember that for us, when we see at the beginning how weak you are determined and as soon as you say that you work hard instead of showing it. It's very good because we don't want to waste time on lazy players. Then we can focus on ambitious, determined players who are ready to work every day for several hours to enter the professional level!
Cristiano Ronaldo is an example of hard work for us.

If we as a portal are ready to help you in your career, you absolutely must work hard, not just pretend!
