WANT TO CONTINUE TO DEVELOP? REMEMBER TO INCREASE THE DIFFICULTY LEVEL IN TRAINING!

Many of you have probably encountered the problem that up to a certain point with each training, both individual and club or match, you felt that you were making progress and suddenly it was over overnight.

It was probably hard for you to understand because you were doing everything as always with full commitment.

There is only one answer.
TO DEVELOP ALL THE TIME, YOU NEED TO LOOK FOR OPPORTUNITIES TO LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE BOTH IN TRAINING AND AT THE MATCH!

What does it mean?

The idea is to be alert and every time you see that an exercise is too easy for you to do after a few repetitions, look for an increase in the difficulty level.

If you are doing a speed or conditioning exercise and it is too easy for you, increase the number of repetitions or distance.

If you are working on dribbling or perfecting your technique and you do it effortlessly, add pressure from your opponent or time pressure to reflect match conditions.

When coordination workouts are so easy for you that you do them practically with your eyes closed, add more elements to the exercise.

If everything is too simple in training during training games, play against more players so that you can put maximum effort into training.

It is the same when it comes to league games, if you see that you are much better in the matches and each goal is scored very easily, you need to change the league to a higher league as soon as possible or go to a country where the level is higher.

Otherwise, if you do not follow these tips, you will waste your career!

A good example of a player who at some point stopped in development was Francesco Totti who, due to his attachment to AS Roma, stayed with this club throughout his career despite offers from much better teams.

Totti has become a Roma legend but we will never know how far he would have gone if at some point he increased the difficulty level leaving his comfort zone because in another club of the highest level he would have to compete with players much better than himself!

If you don't want to waste your talent, remember not to get stuck in your comfort zone and keep increasing the difficulty level!
