A young player who wants to develop as a footballer is always exposed to many factors that result in not being fully focused on training and everything that leads to a professional career. For that reason
even the most talented players never end up in professional leagues.

Ismaël Bennacer the Algerian is the complete opposite of Paim.
He grew up in France in Arles in a family of immigrants.
His father worked very hard as a builder to keep the family alive.
At the age of 15, Ismaël decided that he would become a footballer and would give absolutely one hundred percent of himself so as not to disappoint his family and his father did not have to work so hard in the future when he became a footballer!
Even though Ishmael's friends started drinking alcohol at a young age, taking drugs and partying with women, football was always his priority and he never partied with them.
After training, he trained individually or played football in the street every day.
Every day Ismael was looking for a way to develop as a footballer because he knew this was the only chance!
According to Ismael, many of his colleagues were better players than he was back then, they had far more talent, but because of their low commitment and unsportsmanlike lifestyle, nobody became a pro.
As you can see, hard daily work, persistence, striving for perfection and the fact that he had a big clear goal paid off!
Today Ismaël Bennacer is the star of AC Milan and the national team of Algeria and he has achieved it all by himself!
The story of the Algerian shows that if you focus on your goal and work hard to get better every day, it doesn't matter where you start because everything is possible!
