WANT BETTER EFFECTS? ENJOY HARD WORK , ENJOY FOOTBALL !

Many of you are looking for an answer to the question why is my career not moving forward while I work so hard?

First you need to check if you really train enough or just think so?

In yesterday's article we talked about a sample training day plan, if you haven't seen one, check and compare if you train so much.

Many of you after this article ask us how to withstand so many workouts each day?

THE MOST IMPORTANT KEY IS TO CHANGE THE WAY YOU THINK ABOUT TRAINING!

 - Instead of focusing on how hard you need to train each day, remember how much fun you had in your childhood playing soccer every day and just have enjoy with it!

 - Instead of worrying when transfer offers from good clubs finally show up, focus on growing and enjoying the path you have to go every day!

Instead of complaining about how much work it takes to record each training session and match to add a video to the portal, be grateful for the opportunity to show your skills for free to talent hunters or the support in individual training and mental development that you get from the portal for free!

Victor Osimhen is a perfect example of a man who enjoys hard work and football!

Well, Victor as a world-class footballer did not go on vacation to Dubai or to another very expensive holiday resort!

Osimhen spent his vacation in the poor district of Lagos in which he was born and every day as part of his leisure he did what gave him the most joy as long as he remembers, i.e. he trained and played matches with his childhood friends on local pitch

Some will say that during this period he should take a break from football?
Well, if you love something, even the hardest training and playing on a poor pitch is a joy for you, not a sad duty!

Even if you are just starting your way to the game on a professional level, don't forget to enjoy the process!
Have fun with hard work, have fun with football!

Write in the comment, did you train today?
