First, do something instead of sitting idle and complaining about what you lack now!
Take a piece of paper, write down your goal, write down where you are today and what you are missing to reach the goal you have chosen!
Then if you are now without a club go to the nearest team in your area and join them.
If you already have a team, skip this step.
If your team trains three times a week plus a match, find time for individual training on the remaining days.
Then start doing these workouts. If you don't know how to find an exercise class on the Internet.
Why am I telling you all this? It's obvious, isn't it?

Do whatever training you can at the beginning.
Seek knowledge, develop and work.
