Do you sometimes have the impression that you are doing everything you should and the results are still missing?
If so, think about whether instead of constantly adding something else, you should let go of some things?
Read the tips below, maybe that's what you are looking for!
1) STOP LISTENING TO EVERYONE, AROUND!
You started to do something and suddenly everyone around is trying to advise you on how it will be better.
If you want to take their advice into account, make sure first they have achieved enough to give advice.
If they haven't achieved anything by listening to them, you will not achieve anything either!
2) STOP BEING A VICTIM!
Your thoughts are what you grew up in and what your patterns were.
Therefore, if in your environment there were people who only complain and look for excuses, then you do too!
I cannot achieve it because I am poor, because I do not have enough skills, I will definitely fail because I have never trained at this level!
Either you start replacing these thoughts with the question: what do I have to do to overcome this or you must give up now because you are wasting time!
3) STOP LIVING IN CONTINUOUS FEAR!
Man is so constructed that fear in primitive times was supposed to protect him from death.
Today times have changed but many people are still afraid of everything and because of this fear they constantly stand still without developing!
Do you feel fear of a tournament, of tests, of other people's opinion?
Remember that either you learn to eliminate him or he will eliminate your dreams.
If you are afraid ask yourself if when this situation fails, could it kill me or someone in my family?
Not ?
Ask the question, what's the worst that can happen if you fail?
If the answer is no big deal then head up and go!
4) STOP PLACING RESTRICTIONS ON YOURSELF!
Why can't you become a professional in e.g. 3 years?
Why can't you train 6 times a week?
Why can't you just try to go there for a test?
Why can't you improve this aspect of soccer skills?
Again, ask the question: what do I have to do to achieve this?
5) STOP GIVING UP SO QUICKLY!
Everyone gets so excited when they start, and they believe that they'll do it all.
Then, however, the first or the second failure and gives up!
Why should you do it right away, since, for example, Harry Kane was rejected 5 times when he wanted to join the academy?
Even if you fail, learn to get up, draw conclusions, and try again and again until you succeed!
