Anyone who had a big plan in the beginning had to fight other people's criticism!
An interesting example is Rafael Van der Vaart, a former player from Ajax and the Dutch national team.
To get into Ajax academy from a young age you need to prove your talent.
Van der Vaart was not one of the children that his parents supported from the very beginning because his parents felt that football would not give Rafael a good life in the future.
They believed that he should learn hard work in some job, such as a plumber, and not waste time on football.
Raphael's family, when he was a little boy, lived in a caravan and lived with the Gypsies in a nomadic style.
Until the age of 14, Rafael trained playing on the campsite with his friends, and when he wanted to further improve his technique for training slalom, he used bottles.
