Pedro Miguel is a player from Cape Verde, born in Portugal in 1990.
Pedro started his career with amateur club Mem Martins, but at the age of 11 he joined the Benfica academy.
A young boy living in extreme poverty among gangs on the outskirts of Lisbon thought his dreams had come true and playing for Benfica was only the beginning.
