A great example of how hard work and determination can lead to victory was the German national team and player Borusia Dortmund Marcel Schmelzer.
Marcel, when he joined Borussia Dortmund from Magdeburg after the first training, noticed that he is much weaker than the entire youth team and there is no chance for the youth team to appear, let alone the first team.
However, this did not break him.
He decided to train twice as much as the rest of the players to make up for the shortcomings.
He watched the best players in the team in his position and decided to improve the elements of the game, such as:

football cross.
He worked so hard and regularly that he not only began to be the primary player in the youth team, but after two years he made his Bundesliga debut in the Borussia team.
His incredibly hard work allowed him to win the German championship at 22 and play in the national team.
Today, Schmelzer is 32 years old, he is still a Borussia player with many successes in his career, he will soon play a 250 match in the Bundesliga and is treated like a legend in the club!
