FC Bayern legend Franck Ribery once referred to a characteristic scar on his face:
“When I was a kid, they made fun of me. They called me Quasimodo. How did I react to these insults? At first I sat alone in the corner in silence and cried, I didn't want anyone to see me then. But then I left all my sadness and anger on the field.
Back then, football was my best friend.
I'm sure these kids played soccer like I did back then, but I was training hard on the pitch all the time.
When it happened that I was able to play in a match with other children, they did not want to pass the ball to me because I was different.
Therefore, when I managed to take it over, the only way was to pass everyone and score a goal.
This is how I learned dribbling.
All of these insults helped shape my character and football skills be who I am today.
I'm sure it was this tragic accident, the scar and all the hardships in life that led me to the top!
Many times, when you contact us, you say that difficulties such as lack of money, short stature or playing in an unprofessional club prevent you from developing.
Ribery's example shows that this is complete nonsense!
If you really want to be a footballer, use all difficulties to your advantage!
If you don't have money and your family lives in difficult conditions, use this situation as a motivation to train even more and even harder!
If you do not play in a professional team yet, start training professionally yourself!
Let your desire for success be greater than the difficulties!
Write in the comment what difficulties do you have to fight on your way to success, and how will you turn them in your favor ???
