Representatives of our portal recently had a very interesting conversation with the owner of the ProSport Manager agency, Mr. Marcin Lewicki.
This agency works with many very talented footballers, mainly from Poland, including one of the most talented Polish wingers, Jakub Kamiński.
The owner of the agency pointed out a key aspect that prevents many very talented players from maximizing their development.
Namely, most footballers at the moment have a problem with making an irrevocable decision to devote one hundred percent to football, because it requires really incredibly hard daily work in training, leading a demanding sports lifestyle and incredible persistence in all of this.
As a portal, we strongly agree with this statement, because contact us with many players every day, but when they hear we require hard work, persistence and only when they prove their skills and great determination, showing what they can do on the pitch, we can help in winning the club, it turns out that not everyone is ready to sacrifice so much for the ball.
So remember that being a professional footballer is not only about giving autographs, fame and playing important matches.
This profession is primarily devoted to this discipline, everyday training, dealing with pressure, giving up many pleasures at a young age.
