negative answer was very similar, because the coach or sports director said:
We are looking for players who will be a player for us who will be able to give something more and, thanks to their individuality, turn the match to the advantage of our team
Clubs are never looking for invisible players who constantly play at an average level.
Clubs are looking for STRENGTHENING THE TEAM!
Regardless of how old you are and in what position you play, what should you do to make you a player who will be able to realistically and positively influence the final result of the match thanks to your game?
We have 6 tips for you that to be effective you need to start applying in your game.
If you just read them, you'll still be just a mediocre non-outstanding footballer.
1)BE BRAVE AND RISK!
Regardless of what position you play, you must first believe that you are the deciding player and you can do it!
Don't be afraid of risky decisions: dribbling shots of difficult moves!
Take risk, try!
2) WORK THE NAND ELEMENT OF WINNING DULES!
Work on making the ability to win duels your strength.
Develop dribbling, speed , technique!
Work additionally, don't stop at club training!
3) TRAINING = MATCH
The decisive element about what level you present during the match and what value you give to the team is what level you train at and how much time you spend training!
Having a problem with some element of the game?
Do everything to bring it to perfection during club and individual training!
Alex Ferguson used to say:
If you don't do something right in training, you won't do it in the match either!
Strive for perfection in every aspect, even if you do not achieve perfection, you will probably get closer to it.
4) ELIMINATE STRESS. RELAX!
Many players do an amazing job in training, have high skills, but still cannot fully show it during the matches!
Make sure to clear your mind during the match and eliminate all distractions!
Use meditation, yoga and other breathing techniques to relax before the game and focus 100 percent on the game only.
If you have done a good job in training, you are fully prepared and aware of what you have to do, learn to enjoy each match!
5) BUILD SELF CONFIDENCE AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF!
Self-confidence is a state in which we are convinced that we have done the right job in training by building a set of skills that will allow us to achieve the goal!
To do this, in addition to the work you have to do in training, you should always notice and appreciate your good moves and react appropriately to mistakes that happen to everyone!

6) ALWAYS PLAY TILL THE END
Many players tend to just let go in difficult or unfavorable situations on the pitch when results is not good!
Try to get into the habit of never letting go and that way you will be able to mobilize the rest of the team to fight and you will stand out and your value for the teams will increase!
