HOW TO OVERCOME FAILURES?

No matter who you are and how much talent you have, you will fail in life!
Currently, many football players who want to fulfill their dreams travel around the world taking part in tests and many of you will be disappointed.
So what to do when we fail?

1) ALLOW YOURSELF TO HAVE ONE DAY OF BAD EMOTIONS AND THEN GET UP AND MOVE ON!

Don't try to unnecessarily deny feeling bad.
Set aside one day to worry and feel sad, and the next day get up and move forward!

2) THINK WHERE YOU MADE MISTAKES AND WHAT YOU WERE MISSING

Give yourself one day to analyze what you could have done better and what you missed.
Write it down on a piece of paper and think about what others were better at than you.

3) DRAW CONCLUSIONS AND THINK WHAT STEPS TO TAKE TO MAKE IT BETTER NEXT TIME

Once you have analyzed everything, it's time to plan what you need to do and how to train in the areas where you failed.
Create a development path and training plan to be ready for the next attempt.

4) DIRECT YOUR MIND TO SEARCH FOR SOLUTIONS AND REJECT THE BITTERITY OF FAILURE

Once you have planned everything, stop thinking about failure and build a positive attitude!
 focus on finding solutions rather than being devastated by failure.
Start treating this failure as a lesson and a step towards success

5) START WORKING TO NO LONGER LOOK BACK!

If you have too much free time, your mind likes to send us negative thoughts and catastrophic scenarios.
Therefore, when you reach step 5, start training and work as hard as you can to make your next attempt successful!
