Talking with various people from the world football about what skill is the most wanted today, the most common answer was that the most sought-after players are those who can win clashes 1 in 1.

Today's football at professional level is incredibly even, virtually anyone can win with anyone.

Virtually at every position except the goalkeeper, i.e. on the wing, in the attack or in the middle of help outside of speed, players must be able to beat the opponent with dribbling before they can move the action under the opponent's goal, because a good organization of the game of defense allows practically only in this way to get an edge in creating a goal situation.
