HE BEGAN WITH CLEANING THE STADIUM TO WIN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE IN A FEW YEARS! #MOTIVATIONMONDAY141

The biggest barrier you will have to overcome in your life if you want to become a professional footballer is that in your mind!

The first and most important thing you have to do is make you finally truly believe that you can achieve it!

If you truly believe that despite your tough beginnings, you can earn money by playing soccer, you will eventually start working and doing whatever you can each day to gain the skills and connections that will allow you to do so.
You will start training hard every day instead of pretending, and do whatever it takes to make the people of the soccer world hear about you.

You will stop waiting for a miracle and you will start to develop!

Because if you really believe in your goal and work on it every day, catch every chance that comes your way, you will be able to!

Jerzy Dudek, goalkeeper of the Polish national team and player of Liverpool and Real Madrid proved that nothing is impossible if you have your goal and give 100 percent!

Dudek only at the age of 18 joined the Concordia Knurów club of the 3rd league in Poland.

During the first trainings, the coaches thought that inviting him to train to the 3rd league was an absolute mistake, because in their opinion he was not good enough even to be a first goalkeeper in the Sunday leagues!

Jerzy, however, did not break down and listened to all the advice of the coaches, worked hard in training and then trained at home and played with friends on the street.

It turned out that this attitude was rewarded because he was developing very quickly and after six months the club offered him a semi-professional contract as a goalkeeper and, additionally, he could work as a stadium cleaner so that he had enough money.

If you think that the further career suddenly started to develop very quickly, you are wrong. Dudek played in a semi-amateur club for almost 5 years.

Then, after 5 years of hard daily training, both individual and club, an offer of tests appeared in the club of the first league, Sokół Tychy.

The tests were successful and the then 23-year-old goalkeeper could play at a fully professional level.

He only played for Sokół Tychy for half a year because he received an offer from Feyenoord which he could not refuse!

As it turned out later, Dudek was supposed to be only the 3rd goalkeeper in Feyenoord, but he worked so hard in training and played well that he became the star of the team almost immediately!

After 5 years in Feyenoord, when he achieved a lot of success with the club and was considered the best player in the whole league, he joined Liverpool!

He won the Champions League with Liverpool as the hero of the final and then joined Real Madrid!

At Real Madrid he was mainly a reserve goalkeeper but he gained respect at the club because when he played he usually did it at the top level!

The example of Dudek shows that you don't have to start playing with a big club to reach this top!
Sometimes it's a good idea to start low and climb step by step thanks to the hard and persistent work every day!

However, the first step always has to be the moment you truly believe it is possible and start working hard!
There is no other way!
