Follow Erling Haaland's path to reach the top #LearnFromTheBest43

Looking at Erling's early career and the way he coached and what had the greatest impact on his football development at his first club which was called Bryne FK is very interesting and I think many of you could try to apply it.

From the age of 13, Haaland only trained at Bryne FK three times a week.

It may seem that 3 workouts a week is not enough to reach the professional level.

In the Bryne FK club, however, they solved this problem in a rather unusual and very effective way because, as it turned out later, from Haaland's youth team this club  to professional footballers there were 10 players, i.e. a very large percentage.

Well, the players of this club, in addition to three trainings, have unlimited access to the club fields, thanks to which they can train individually and compete with each other in matches.

Through such non-obligatory trainings, you can see who is professional and most involved, and who I treat football only as a hobby.

Erling Haland and his teammates trained individually and played matches for several hours each day.

They always competed in the same teams and at the end of the day they wrote down the results of the matches and the individual statistics of the players, and these notes were passed on to the coaches so that the coaches could also take these data into account.

As Haaland himself says, it is these matches with friends and competing with them always with one hundred percent commitment and an irresistible desire to win in absolutely every match that allowed him to learn the most and develop the most!

As you can see, the fact that you do not always have the opportunity to train 7 days a week under the supervision of a trainer does not have to be an obstacle to development!

If you are determined to become a professional footballer, start training individually today, but also start playing matches with your friends every day!

Playing matches of various forms does not necessarily have to be 11v11 because it can be 3v3 on a smaller pitch and in any other number of players is one of the best training methods.

Also start recording these matches and adding videos to the portal so that you can show your skills to our scout. Save your results to see your stats and match win percentage, assists, goals and clean sheets.

If you are ready to work with full commitment and patience in this way every day, your success will be a matter of time.
As a portal, we will do our best to help you and to reward your efforts!
