FAILURE IS NOT A REASON TO QUIT, BUT A TIP FOR WHAT YOU NEED TO WORK ON! #MOTIVATIONMONDAY69

Have you ever wondered how this is possible
that a really talented footballer, who has very high skills at a young age and the opportunity to train in great academies under the watchful eye of good coaches, does not climb to a professional level, and a footballer who initially seemed hopeless trained in extremely difficult conditions, builds a great career?

There are many factors, but the most important of them is how a given player interprets the difficulties he has to overcome in his life.

If you get rejected by the team, how will you react?
Will you give up or refine your shortcomings and try again?

If the coach puts you on the bench, you will blame the coach or maybe you will ask him what skills do you need to improve to play in the first squad?

If you lose an important match, will you break down or will you draw conclusions and try to correct your mistakes?

If you don't have the money to get into a good soccer academy in a rich country, will you complain about your fate, or will you start training yourself where you are and take advantage of all the opportunities you have to become an outstanding footballer?

Each player has to make these choices and it is up to him where they will lead him.

Simon Kiaer, now a player of AC Milan and the Danish national team at a young age, tried several times to enter the academy of the Danish club FC Midtjylland and was rejected every time.

Simon, when they told him he was too weak, asked each time what skills he lacked.

When he returned, he always analyzed it thoroughly and worked on these aspects for several hours every day.

Although everyone told him that he had no chance, he believed that hard work would allow him to make up for it.

When he failed the tests again, one of the coaches put him on the reserve list because one of the players was not sure whether he would choose FC Midtjylland academy and in a situation where he quit, Simon had a chance.

It turned out that the competitor whom Kiaer was supposed to replace had resigned, so after many attempts he got into the academy!

As you know, he plays for a big club today so he took the opportunity.
Hard work and the right choices have paid off!
Remember it is up to you how you react to what happens to you in life!
