Don't waste your potential! #MOTIVATIONMONDAY43

Why do you think so few players who are called great talent ultimately succeed?

Why don't these players play in the best teams and earn big money?

And why do players on whom no one counts reach so high?

In my opinion, the answer can be only one is a matter of determination and hard work that some do and others think that they will get everything for free because they have talent!

Two strikers from Poland are an ideal example of these two extreme situations.

The first one is called Dawid Janczyk, a great talent who at the age of 18 in 2005 goes to Legia and debuts in the team almost immediately, shoots goals and is called to the youth national teams.

He is interested in large teams such as Atletico Madrid, Liverpool and others.
In 2007, he becomes the U20 World Cup star in Canada and goes to CSKA Moscow for a record $ 4.2 million.
It seemed like a great career ahead of him!

Then, however, Janczyk convinced that with such a great talent he does not have to eat well, work hard and lead a sports lifestyle.
As a very rich young man then instead of training he starts to party and drink alcohol regularly.

Today, at the age of 33, Dawid no longer plays football professionally, he is an unemployed alcoholic and he lacks money.

But the second player is a boy who was expelled from Legia at the age of 18, because according to early club managers he lacked talent.
The boy did not give up and worked as hard as anyone else. He signed a contract in the 3rd league and believed in himself and his dreams!
The second player is Robert Lewandowski, who is today a legend of the Polish team and Bayern Munich !!

Remember that talent and potential are important but it does not mean anything without determination, hard work and proper mentality!

It doesn't matter if someone tells you that you are a great talent or if you lack talent.
Don't mind it and if you have dreams, fight for it !!
