This was the question Mino Raiola asked Zlatan when they started working together and Ibra wanted to leave Ajax, but he didn't have good deals at the time.
Zlatan didn't know the answer then but Mino explained to him after a while.
He said the whole problem with Zlatan is that he doesn't require enough of himself in both training and matches!

and he will start training 100 percent every day and become one of the best or in a few years he will go to the 3rd Swedish league!
