1) THINK LIKE A PROFESSIONAL PLAYER.

Even though you are still far from the professional level, you need to start thinking like a pro.

If you want to be a professional, you can't train as much as amateurs, eat like amateurs and have an amateur attitude.


2) EVERY TIME SET YOUR GOAL!

This means you decide before the season how many goals you want to score, how many assists or how many games to  without conceding a goal.

It is obvious that the goals should depend on what position you are playing and what the key requirements of the coach are towards you.

Set yourself goals in both club and individual training.
Set a time period and decide what element you want to develop at this time.
It is very important that you are able to measure the progress and verify that the goal has been achieved.

Set yourself training goals to develop both your weaknesses
 your skills but also your greatest strengths.

3) BE AN OPTIMIST !

Regardless of the situation, sometimes even forcefully try to look for positive sides in each situation instead of focusing on failures.

Sometimes it is very difficult, but this attitude will help you avoid discouragement and resignation and at the same time encourage you to look for solutions and opportunities.

4) LET FOOTBALL BE YOUR PASSION!

Remember that you started playing soccer because you loved to do it with your friends even when no one was paying you for it.

If you get disheartened, realize that football is something you love to do, not compulsion.

5) BE HUNGRY FOR DEVELOPMENT

Treat each training session as an opportunity to improve your skills, not as a chore that you must perform!

When you do the training with such an attitude and full commitment, I guarantee you that after training it will turn out that there is progress!

6) GIVE YOURSELF ALWAYS 100 PERCENT!

Create  habbit 100% commitment and the will to be the best, no matter if it is training, a sparring game or an important match.

It doesn't matter to you whether your team is clearly losing or clearly in the lead, you must always do your best.

This is an element that scouts often pay attention to when looking for players.

7) NEVER GIVE UP !

Regardless of whether it is about training and a situation in which an exercise is difficult for you to perform, whether it is a match and theoretically you have no chance, or that you are working hard and no one from a higher level has given you a chance yet you can never give up!

Without complaining or sadness, just get up and try again!
