Benny did not look for any complicated unnecessary explanations saying that always the most important are: The right mental attitude, unwavering work ethics, technique and ball control perfected as well as natural physical preparation such as speed, coordination, strength and endurance.
This statement is amazing, because I give hope to make all dreams come true ready for really hard work.
Then I asked how was looking for players and whether he focused on watching players live or also uses video.
Itoroho says they use both video and traditionally watch live matches to get a closer look at the player.
Their agency is looking for players all over Europe, in Africa it really doesn't matter where, the most important thing is that the player has the right skills.
We also asked how often he finds talent somewhere in the lower leagues or poorer countries and what would he recommend such players to be noticed.
Benny said that now there are more and more opportunities to promote themselves and they also do not underestimate someone who starts in a weaker place.
In his opinion, however, ONLY those players stand out who are ready for consistent hard work for many years but also such a player must be able to listen, draw conclusions from their shortcomings and correct them on an ongoing basis.
Finally, we decided to meet in person when the epidemic subsides to discuss the details of cooperation and further support of extremely hard-working and talented players.
