BEING A PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLER IS A 24 / H WORK. ARE YOU READY ?

Many of you associate the profession of a football player only with privileges and a comfortable life.

It seems to you that every footballer from the beginning of his football adventure had a team of coaches, nutritionists, physiotherapists, etc. around him.
In addition, each of the players has always had fully professional equipment and money, agents and the player only trained!

If you believe it and you are constantly waiting for someone to provide you with all of this, you are wasting your time and you will never achieve success!

Start acting instead of waiting!

In order to be successful, every football career should start with 24 hours of work every day!

1) FIND A CLUB AND BE YOUR FIRST AGENT!

If you are not currently playing for any club, you should join anywhere to be able to play and train with the team, do not count on Real Madrid, Chelsea or Juve to transfer you over immediately!

2) BE YOUR FIRST DIETARY AND EQUIPMENT SERVICE.

Make sure that your meals are full of protein and everything that is needed by the athlete's body

Thanks to the Internet, you can learn how an athlete should eat.
Take care of the equipment so that it is always fully prepared.

3) BE A PHYSIOTHERAPY FOR YOURSELF!

It is known that you will not fully replace the professional of a physiotherapist and there will be moments when you will have to use his help.

However, there are aspects that you can take care of individually, i.e. the right amount of sleep, massage with a massage roller or regenerative training

Take care of it and you will see how great benefits you can get!

4) BE YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER

At the beginning of your career, individual training is the key to development when you play and train only a few times a week in an amateur club.

Constantly look for exercises, and talk to coaches to eliminate your weakness and develop your greatest strengths, and then train individually every day!
Every day, the FTT portal publishes articles that help football players develop and train.

In addition, on social media and elsewhere on the internet you will find tons of accounts that are run by professionals to support the players!

Use it and train!

5) BE A MENTAL TRAINER FOR YOURSELF!

Read valuable books, watch educational videos but also invest in visits to a specialist.
Of course, you do not have to do everything yourself and it is worth investing money in the services of experts, but you should do it wisely.

6) BE YOUR AGENT

Do everything to promote yourself to better and better teams over time, as your skills grow.

Acquire contacts, take part in tests, create videos presenting your skills and publish them on the Internet, e.g. on FTT portals for talent scouts from around the world to see your talent.

If you really want to be successful at the beginning of your career, as you can see, being a footballer works almost 24 hours a day.
Think how many of these points you do and don't do.
Then you will get the answer whether you are really fighting to make a career or just talking a lot!
