Be like Javier Zanetti! #MOTIVATIONMONDAY30

What do you think is the key to success in football?

After many years of observation and work with footballers, the following conclusions emerge.

Success is not achieved by those who have the most talent, but those who are the most diligent, determined and resistant to failures and temporary problems.

A perfect example that success depends largely on these factors is the legend of Inter Milan Javier Zanetti.

In his case, everything was not always perfect.

At the beginning of his career, when he was looking for a club for himself, he was repeatedly rejected because he was not very physically strong and had a lot of technical deficiencies.

Today, when Zanetti finished his career with success, he says that he needed those rejections because he made him work harder on himself.

After every failed test, Javier remembered what was wrong, drew conclusions and worked very hard alone every day.

In the end he managed to sign a contract with second league Tallares.
However, this was not the peak of dreams so he continued to work individually after training.

When he got to the Argentine first league at Banfield with this attitude and diligence, it was only a matter of time before he got to Europe.

When he played at Inter, his wife tells a loud story, like after getting married in church, he asked her to let him train alone, because if I want to be successful, he can't make exceptions and must be consistent.

When during the holidays it turned out that there was no Zanetti gym in the hotel, instead of barbell he used the weight of his wife, who was wearing a backpack with books.

This attitude led him to many successes even though he was not very talented.
He was very hard-working and consistent.
he never gave up.

I think it's a perfect example that absolutely everyone has a chance!

You don't have any control over where you were born, but through hard, relentless work, you have an impact on what you achieve in life.
