ALWAYS WORK 100 PERCENT AND THE RESULTS WILL COME AT THE RIGHT TIME.

Many of you give up your dreams because you feel underestimated.

You write to us that your coach does not appreciate you and your role in the team is not what you would expect.
You are stressed because after the tests you are not chosen.

You are frustrated for this.

Many of you have this problem, so we decided to explain something to you.

You have to be aware that if you are thinking this way, passing the responsibility on to someone else, in this case the coach, scout or anyone else, you are just wasting your career by wasting your time.

Instead of focusing on skill development, your mind is focused on venting anger and finding new explanations for your failures.
Even if you train with this attitude, your training is not 100 percent effective.

So what should you do?
First of all, analyze what the people who underestimate you say and then accept it and focus on you what causes development, not your destruction. You should put all your energy into training and to prove your worth on the pitch.

Remember that of course you can be right, but if you don't prove it on the pitch it won't matter.
Therefore, if you feel helpless and underestimated, instead of complaining, go to training and do this every day because only in this way you can prove to everyone that you are right.

A perfect example that this is the only solution to this problem is Olivier Giroud.

The French forward, no matter what club he is in, was always underrated at the beginning.

It was always said that he could only be a backup.
Oliwier, however, always gave value in the end and achieved success with the team.
He won the FA CUP with Arsenal, the Champions League with Chelsea and in key moments he gave value, with AC Milan won Serie A and in the national team of France he is the best scorer in history.

Why has he achieved so much despite always joining the club with reserve status?
Because regardless of his status in the team, he was always an example in training, working the hardest.
When given a chance, he usually proved his worth.
Currently, despite the fact that France has many great players, Giroud is again in the squad for the World Cup!

Regardless of what you say, focus on developing your skills every day, and when you persevere, your chance will come.
