But visa rules are changing as Montenegro aligns its policy with the European Union.

Another Balkan market worth researching.
Don't ask:
"Is this my dream league?"
Ask:
"Can this club give me professional training, competitive matches and a realistic next step?"

Turkey has an enormous football pyramid and should be researched carefully.
But don't believe people who tell you that every African player can simply arrive without a visa.
Requirements depend on nationality.
For many African passports, a visa is still required.
