1) PLAN YOUR DAY, WRITE IT OUT AND ACT ON IT
If you want to be successful, you must have long-term goals for your football development.
Having long-term goals, plan your workouts for each day so that you can achieve them step by step.
Always plan it carefully the day before and then act accordingly
2) ACT IN STEPS AND TAKE CARE OF DETAILS
If your training is planned and you have it divided into stages, make sure that each exercise is performed exactly as planned.
Exactly as many repetitions as planned and always 100% from start to finish.
Remember that details matter
3) DISCONNECT FROM ALL THAT IS DISTRACTING YOU
Remember that when you train, nothing can distract you.
So do all the chores you need to do before training, and once you've done that and it's time to train, nothing could be more important
4) GET A GOOD SLEEP, BODY REGENERATION AND NUTRITION
If you want every day to give development, regeneration, hydration and nutrition must be provided.
Then, with a well-executed training, the effects are guaranteed.
It seems obvious, but many players ignore it
5) BE AWARE THAT EFFECTS TAKE TIME
If you start working hard with a mindset of quick results, then you have to prepare yourself for disappointment.
Remember that any development process takes time.
Even a tree that has the best soil class, fertilizers and care needs time and it can't be rushed!
