1) CONSTANTLY TIRED AND NO JOY FROM FOOTBALL
A situation where even light training wears you down and playing football is not fun is a reason to let it all go for a few days and just relax away from football
2) YOU CAN'T CONTROL YOUR NERVES
A situation where every tip or remark makes you nervous and aggressive is another signal that you need to rest
3) NO FRESHNESS ON THE PITCH!
Even though you train hard and wisely, your body does not listen to your commands and what was easy for you until recently is not going well, then another know that you need to rest!

Lack of rest and regeneration leads not only to injury but also to mental illnesses such as depression or neurosis!
