5 REASONS WHY YOU LACK MOTIVATION FOR DEVELOPMENT

 

Much of the recent information we've been receiving from you is about motivation.
Why do you feel great strength in yourself after watching a movie or reading something motivational at first, and then it passes and there is no motivation?
5 reasons

1) THE GOAL YOU HAVE SET FOR YOURSELF IS NOT YOURS!

You watched some motivational videos, you saw the lives of footballers, then you created an image of yourself as a footballer in your mind, but you never really wanted to be one!

If you want to be a footballer you have to love the sport and not just money!
The road to success is very hard and to go through it you must enjoy the development process and not only the success!

2) YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN SUCCESS!

If you lack deep faith in the goal, your work will be poor and you will stop with time!
Either you believe you can, or you don't.
Difficulties on the road will appear so that you overcome them and do not give up!

3) YOU ARE GOOD WHERE YOU ARE

Sometimes people say that they want changes, but after a while, when it turns  that changes require effort, they come to the conclusion that in total they are not so bad in the current situation because at least you don't have to work so hard and face so many difficulties!

4) LACK OF BALANCE BETWEEN PRIVATE LIFE AND WORK

Personal life is an inseparable part of man because man does not live by work alone, a balance between one and the other is needed.
Otherwise neither one nor the other is successful!

5) THE GOAL SEEMS TOO DISTANT

The basis for successfully achieving your goal is dividing it into tiny daily steps and focusing only on them and rewarding yourself for even small successes, otherwise you will almost certainly fail!

At the moment when you have just started, you need to focus on daily training and joining your first club, and not immediately expect a transfer to Real or Barcelona!
